1. Licence. On payment, the licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this library

(cards, prompts, code starters, checks and sample data): - Personal licence (Starter and Pro): one named person.

- Team licence: up to 10 named people in one organisation.

2. What you may do.

- Use the prompts and code in your own work and your employer's or clients' work, including paid work.

- Change the code starters and include the changed code in deliverables for your own projects or clients.

3. What you may not do.

- Share, resell, sublicense or publish the library, the cards or the code starters as they are, in whole or in large part (for example as a prompt pack, course material, template collection or public repository).

- Remove this licence or the copyright notices.

- Give access to people not covered by your licence.

4. No warranty. The library is provided "as is". AI tools give different answers at different times, and results

depend on your data. Check every result before relying on it. The licensor is not liable for decisions based on results produced with the library, to the extent the law allows.

5. Data. The sample data is synthetic and its place names are invented. You are responsible for having the right to

use any data you process with the library.

6. Trademarks. The library is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Esri, the QGIS project, the

PostGIS project or any AI provider. ArcGIS is a trademark of Esri; other names are trademarks of their owners.

7. Updates. Updates for 12 months from purchase are included (Team: while the subscription runs). Renewal gives

access to further updates. You keep the version you have when the update period ends.

8. Refunds and ending the licence. Refunds follow our Refund Policy (https://atabinformatics.com/refunds.html). If

your purchase is refunded, or this licence ends because you seriously breach it, you must stop using the library and delete your copies.

9. Website terms. Our Terms of Service (https://atabinformatics.com/terms.html) also apply. Where they conflict with

this licence about use of the library, this licence applies.

10. Governing law. This licence is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you are a consumer,

your rights under the law of the country where you live are not affected.
