A-TAB Proposal & Grant Kit

Tested proposal and grant workflows, from the call for proposals to the award

Proposals are rarely lost on the idea. They are lost on a budget that does not add up, an overhead above the cap, a requirement nobody answered, a target that differs between two sections. The A-TAB Proposal & Grant Kit gives you 62 workflows with the prompt to use, what to expect, the mistakes to avoid and how to check the result.

The whole proposal, step by step

  1. 01Qualify. Track opportunities and deadlines, score go / no-go, check eligibility, plan backwards from the deadline
  2. 02Read the call. A compliance matrix of every 'must', criteria weights turned into a page plan, word limits, annexes
  3. 03Make the case. Problem statements from your own data, every statistic sourced, beneficiary numbers that add up
  4. 04Design. Theory of change, a logframe with no gaps, targets that add up, a risk matrix, a workplan from dependencies
  5. 05Cost it. A budget with live formulas, arithmetic checks, overhead caps, ineligible costs, cost share, the narrative
  6. 06Review and submit. Consistency across sections, mock scoring by the call's weights, the final file check, the award

For programme officers, proposal writers, M&E staff, finance officers and small NGOs without a grants team. Each workflow also shows the Word or Excel way. The sample data is an invented call from an invented foundation and an invented NGO's draft, with planted problems, so every check has a known answer.

Questions

How do I receive it?

After we receive and accept your payment, we email you your own copy, which names you as the licensee, normally within two working days. Unzip it and open the library in any web browser. It works offline.

What is a single licence?

One price, paid once, for one named person. Use the kit for ever, with 12 months of updates. There are no editions and no renewal fee. Teams buy one copy per person.

Do I need to know Python?

No. Every workflow gives you the prompt for your AI assistant, how to check the result and how to do the same in Word or Excel. The tested code starters are there if you want them: Python 3.10 or later with pandas.

Will it write my proposal for me?

No, and it should not. It helps you plan, check and tighten your own proposal: the budget adds up, the logframe has no gaps, every requirement is answered. The ideas and the judgement stay yours.

Does it include funders' templates?

No. Every funder has its own templates and rules, and you should always follow the call you are answering. The sample data is an invented call from an invented foundation.

Can I use it for paid work?

Yes. You may use the prompts and code in your own and your clients' work, and change the code. You may not share or resell the kit itself.

What if it is not for me?

Ask within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid. Bank and transfer charges are borne by the customer and are not refunded. Content that is faulty, not as described or not delivered is always put right. Try the free sample first. See our Refund Policy.
